Boutique Mobile offers returns and full refunds on almost all items within 90 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is free on the first return for every order. 
The return and refund process is straightforward: 
 
Key Policies
  • Return Window: You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Once submitted, you must mail the items back within 14 days. 
  • Free Returns: Return shipping is free for the first return of one or more items on EVERY order. Subsequent returns for the same order require you to cover the shipping costs. 
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clothing that has been worn, washed, or damaged, or has tags removed; grocery/food items; personalized products; and select hygiene/health items cannot be returned.
 
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Go to your Boutique Mobile account (on the Boutique Mobile App or via Boutique Mobile.com) and find the relevant order under "Your Orders".
  2. Click the "Return/Refund" button and select the items you wish to send back.
  3. Choose your return method (Drop-off via a designated carrier or Pickup).
  4. Print and tape the provided return label to the outside of your package. 
 
Refund Methods & Timelines
  • Boutique Mobile Credits: Faster than other methods, immediately credited to your Boutique Mobile balance (non-redeemable for cash) once processed.
  • Original Payment: Usually processed within 5 to 14 business days (up to 30 days depending on your financial institution).
  • Advance/Instant Refunds: Based on your shopping history, Boutique Mobile may occasionally issue a refund before the item is physically returned. If the returned package fails quality inspection or is not mailed, your original payment method will be charged
